Know exactly what you're owed. Holiday, sick pay, notice and redundancy — calculated from real UK law, not an AI guess that'll get you in trouble.

April 2026 rates Gov.uk + ACAS sourced Not legal advice

Holiday entitlement

Every worker — full-time, part-time, zero-hours or agency — gets a minimum of 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.

Use half-days if your week varies (e.g. 4.5).
UK has 8 bank holidays in England & Wales. Your contract decides this.
Fill in the form and I'll tell you your minimum legal holiday.

Statutory Sick Pay

Big changes from 6 April 2026: paid from day one, no earnings threshold, and the new 80% rule. If you're an employee, you qualify.

£
Your usual weekly pay before sickness. Use an average of the last 8 weeks.
Leave at 0 to just see your daily rate. SSP runs for up to 28 weeks.
Enter your weekly earnings to see your SSP under the new rules.

Notice period

The minimum notice your employer must give you — by law. Your contract can say more, never less.

Count only full years. If you've worked 3 years and 10 months, enter 3.
Only fill this in if "years" is 0.
Enter your length of service for your statutory notice period.

Redundancy pay

If you have 2+ years of continuous service and are genuinely being made redundant, you're owed statutory redundancy pay. Tax-free up to £30,000.

Service beyond 20 years doesn't increase your statutory redundancy.
£
Capped at £751/week for statutory calculation (April 2026 rate).
